The creative process starts with an initial consultation to determine your vision. We talk about the reason behind the creation of the custom flavor, whether it be a surprise gift, themed dessert or compliment to another
menu item.
After the consultation, an initial flavor is presented to you for conceptual approval, followed by a sample tasting for final
approval.
